Home Buyers ChecklistWhen you start touring properties, how will you remember which ones you liked, which one had that great view or which one had that 4 car garage with a workshop. Touring multiple properties in the same day becomes very tiring, and keeping track of the pros and cons from each home can be difficult. The easiest way to keep track is to create a home requirements checklist.
The checklist should contain a list of all your requirements for a home, for example, number of bedrooms, bathrooms, view, downstairs master bedroom, wood floors etc. When touring properties you can then check each homes features against your requirements and have a written record for you to study later. In addition to your requirements, the checklist should also have space to write comments on a homes positive features and negative features. Here you can write comments associated with a home that does not fall under one of your key requirements.
