Salt Lake County Home Prices - Q3 2005

Again we have seen good increases in home prices across much of Salt Lake County. One thing to note about the prices shown in the below table is that for the first time the figures are based upon the median home price and not the average. This change made by the Wasatch Front MLS is meant to more accurately reflect any fluctuations, especially for areas like 84103 (Avenues) where a single sale could vastly impact the results.

The prices shown are the median price for Q3 2005 compared to the median price for Q3 2004.
