Salt Lake County Home Prices - Q2 2005

Salt Lake County saw a strong and broad increase in home prices across the fast majority of cities in the second quarter of 2005. This increase was fueled by a strong local economy and an increase in out of state investors. The investors are acting upon recent media reports saying that Utah and Salt Lake City have an undervalued property market compared to the rest of the country.
