The prices shown are the median price for single family homes in 2005 compared to the median price for 2004. The Salt Lake County region saw a strong increase across all zip codes with 84101 showing the largest increase (although this was based on very few home sales) and 84119 showing the smallest increase at 5.1%. The overall price increase for Salt Lake County was 12.4% with the average days on market decreasing by 16.39% to 51 days.
