Broadway Lofts Downtown SLC

Broadway lofts are one of the few true loft style condo conversions that can be found in downtown SLC.

The Broadway Lofts development is designed to take advantage of many of the original features still found in the one hundred year old warehouse building. These features include large windows, exposed brickwork/ductwork, and tall ceilings.

The warehouse condo conversion was undertaken in 1999 and resulted in a small number of one, two and three bedroom units, ranging in size from 800 square feet to 2600 square feet.
